Adorable and unique rainbow twirl dress! The skirt has a uniquely undulating hem with ribbon-insert eyelet trim and an under faux skirt Of solid pink with a delicate, lace hem. The bodice features the cutest little ruffled shoulders, Fixed straps and Elasticized back waist panel and snap closure. Sweet little satin bows complete the look. Displayed over a pettiskirt (not included).
