The hi-lo overskirt tops a voluminous skirt In three tulles followed by an underdress in two shades of purple. The bodice is thoughtfully arranged to showcase the intricate textile design.
A flexible fit and comfortable design is always a consideration in my creations - thus this dress has a corseted back to provide the best and lasting fit on different sized children. Elasticized back waist. No petti needed - separate the tulle layers to Achieve desired volume.
