Returns are only allowed if an item is received in a defective condition and has not been washed, worn, exposed to animals or to tobacco smoke.
If you believe an item is defective, you must contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 calendar days of the delivery date as shown in the tracking data from USPS, UPS or FedEx. If we determine that the item has a manufacturing defect, you will be supplied with a prepaid mailing label to return the item for repair. If the item cannot be repaired, a full refund will be made to your original form of payment only after the item has been returned and is confirmed to be unwashed, unworn, and does not exhibit exposure to animals or smoke. Any items that are received in a washed or worn condition or that smell of tobacco smoke or contain pet hair/dander will not be refunded or repaired. Do not mail an item back without seeking prior approval and receiving a prepaid label.
Non-defective items are not returnable. Always review size information and garment photos carefully before purchasing. Photographs show the exact item you will receive, as each garment is one of a kind.
