Savvy is a character inspo dress with so many little details! The bodice has elbow length puff sleeves with contrast cuffs, heart buttons and a ruching. The bodice features a double heart motif in sparkly jeweled trim and the back bodice has a fun cut-off with neckline snap closure and darling bow. The elasticized back waist panel allows for a flexible fit.
The skirts are nothing but fun! The top skirt side sweeps to reveal a layer of "cards”’with hand painted edges and randomly placed heart buttons. This is followed by a double layer of glitter tulle and a soft, pink lining. No pettiskirt needed.
